Walter Gilliam is the Elizabeth Mears and House Jameson Professor of Child Psychiatry and Psychology at the Yale University Child Study Center and the Director of The Edward Zigler Center in Child Development and Social Policy. Walter is on the Board of Directors of ZERO TO THREE, the Board of Directors, Child Care Aware of America; and he is a Research Fellow at the National Institute for Early Education Research.
